What’s included in a party package?
Each package includes access to activities, decorations, food, and a dedicated party host.
Can I book for a large group?
Absolutely! We accommodate groups of all sizes. Contact us for customised options.
Is Funtastic suitable for young children?
Yes, we have activities designed for kids of all ages, including a dedicated toddler area for children up to 3 years old.
Do I need to bring socks?
Yes! Socks must be worn by both children and adults in the play area for hygiene and safety. If you forget, you can purchase socks at the front counter.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the play areas. We have a café on-site for snacks and refreshments.
Are there any rules I should know about?
Yes! To keep the fun safe for everyone, please follow our Playground and Trampoline Rules.
Playground Rules
- Socks must be worn by children and adults at all times.
- Parents/Carers are responsible for supervising their children.
- No food or drink inside the play area.
- Avoid loose clothing, jewellery, and sharp objects while playing.
- Play in age-appropriate areas (toddler area for ages 3 and under).
- Slides: No climbing up, only one person at a time, and always slide sitting down.
- No climbing on the outside of the play area.
- No running or rough play—keep it safe and fun for everyone.
- Bullying or rudeness (by adults or children) will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.
Trampoline Rules
- Only one person per trampoline at a time.
- Jump within your skill level—no risky tricks.
- No landing on the padding.
- Watch out for other jumpers and maintain a safe distance.
- Land safely on two feet or your bum when bouncing.
- No double bouncing, wrestling, or rough play.
- No food or drinks near the trampolines.
- Never dive headfirst into the pit—make sure it’s clear before jumping.
- Do not bury yourself in the foam pit as others may land on you.
- Empty your pockets before jumping.
- No jumping if pregnant or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
- Funtastic staff monitor safety strictly—their directions must be followed.
- What happens if someone doesn’t follow the rules?
- For everyone’s safety, Funtastic staff will enforce all rules. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave without a refund.
